Editorial policy

The Placement Journal exists to explain how placements work, accurately. These standards govern everything we publish.

Sourcing

• Material legal, statistical and procedural claims are grounded in primary sources: government guidance, regulators, professional bodies and sector organisations.
• We verify that cited pages are live before publishing and we link to them so readers can check our work.
• We distinguish what a source states from our interpretation of it.

What we prohibit

We do not invent statistics, testimonials or case studies. We do not publish provider rankings, pay-for-coverage articles, undisclosed paid links, fabricated authors or copied work. We do not describe first-party material from our owner's businesses as independent.

Disclosure

Our ownership by SRH CORP LIMITED, the organisation behind Excellent Pathways, is stated on every page. Any reference to a connected business carries the disclosure beside it.

Corrections

We correct material factual errors and record significant corrections openly. The process is described on our corrections page.
